Alenbi Street

Alenbi St. is one of Tel-Aviv's busiest streets, as most bus lines in the region, about 3,000 busses per day, ride through it, and its pedestrian traffic is high as well. The company reconstructed Alenbi St. along 2 kilometers, from Herbert Samuel St. to Haaliya St., with a budget of approximately NIS 30 million ($105 million), completing the project precisely on schedule.

Beit Habiluyim Tunnel

The Beit Habiluyim building is located near a future SB route of the Ayalon Highways, west of the Tel Giborim Bridge. Although the original Municipal Building Scheme instructed it to be torn down, it was later defined as a building for preservation. The Ayalon South Project for clearing up a route for the Rishon Lezion Railway track, which will run in the middle of the two busy Ayalon Highway carriageways, has offered a number of alternatives for planning the railway route and the SB route. Finally, an alternative, which would require a new Municipal Building Scheme, was chosen. The SB route would bypass the building from the north, through a tunnel, whereas the railway route, narrower than previously designed, will run on the building's southern side. In addition, a new bridge will be built, allowing the passage of the new SB route under Tel Giborim St.

Wolfson Interchange

An underpass in the north-south axis, with three lanes and wide shoulders on each carriage way, was constructed. In the middle of it, a railway route, which would serve the future Wolfson Railway Station, was built.

Ayalon South – Highway no. 20 – Yoseftal Interchange

An underpass in the north-south axis, with 3 lanes and wide shoulders on each carriageway, was constructed. In the middle of it, a railway route, which would serve the recently finished Yoseftal Railway Station, was built. The interchange is located on top of an underground pool, which drains excess water from Ayalon Highways to the sand dunes of Rishon Lezion.

Highway no. 9 – Grade Separations

This new east-west axis highway will regulate national south-north axis roads. The project will include the construction of interchanges in the meeting points of Highway no. 9 and the south-north axis roads – Highway no. 4 and Highway no.6.

Ayalon South – Highway no. 20 – Dov Hoz Interchange

Three different bids divided this project. The first was to move the Dan Regional Association sewage pipeline. The second was to build walls around the Ayalon Highway route, and the third was to build the Wolfson-Yoseftal segment, including the Dov Hoz Interchange. Throughout the construction period, the traffic flow in both directions (NB-SB) persisted, keeping interruptions down to minimum.

Ayalon South – Highway 20 – Holon Interchange

As part of the large Ayalon Highway Project, this project completed the segment of Highway no. 20 from Cheil Hashiryon Interchange in the north to Holot Interchange in the south, and cleared up a route for the Rishon Lezion Railway. A new bridge was built for the highway's SB carriageway, and another railway bridge will be located between the two highway bridges. A new SB carriageway, connecting to the new bridge, as well as new ramps, were constructed. In addition, supporting walls for the new ramps were constructed, as well as walls between the highway carriageways and the middle railway route.

Moving Hashiryon Interchange

The historic interchange included two adjacent bridges for the two busy carriageways of Highway no. 20. In order to clear up a route for the railway line that would pass between the two carriageways, the existing NB carriageway was moved southwards. For that, the NB bridge was "moved" eastwards, and instead of it, a new railway bridge was built. In addition, a new NB carriageway, which will connect to the bridge, will be built, as well as new ramps that will connect to the new NB carriageway and the existing intersection.

The Kirya Boulevard in Tel-Aviv

This project offered transportation solutions along the Narmir Rd. – Petah-Tikvah Rd. axis, for improving its level of service and accessibility to future projects that are planned along it. Urban design and looks were emphasized as well.

Expansion of the Noah Moses Bridge

The existing Noah Moses Bridge runs above the Ayalon Highways on the east-west axis, and includes one lane in each direction. The Noah Moses Bridge Expansion Project will add one more lane on each direction, as well as expanding the entire street, from the Begin Rd. (Petah-Tikvah Rd.) on the west, to Yigal Alon Rd. on the east.

Tel-Aviv Hapil Interchange

This interchange was constructed in the junction of Moshe Sneh and Bnei Efraim Streets in Tel-Aviv, also known as Hapil Junction. A ground-level bridge was built, with an arched underpass underneath it, from the north of Moshe Sneh St. south-eastwards to Beni Efraim St. The purpose of this project was to prevent future traffic load, as the neighboring areas of Tel-Aviv will have developed and expanded.

Conzol Yedioth Aharonot – a service way to Azrieli Center

This will be useful while the third tower of the center will be under construction, and afterwards, will serve as a service road for suppliers.
